If you read nothing else on this website at least I ask that you read this. Work is necessary, it is part of life. we work that we may eat. The most important work that we can ever do is to tell others about the most important work ever done. That is the work that Jesus did. Jesus, God the Father's Only Begotten Son, created man in his image about 6000 years ago. The first man, Adam, and the first woman, Eve, sinned. They disobeyed God's only commandment, to not eat of one tree in the Garden of Eden. Because we are all offspring of Adam and Eve, we were all born with a sin nature. Therefore we have all sinned. The Bible says that the Wages of sin is death. God is Holy and Just and therefore cannot let sin into Heaven. Because we have all sinned, we all deserve eternity in a place of torment away from God called hell. Hell is forever, so is heaven. We cannot get to heaven on our own. The Bible says that all our righteousness is as filthy rags. BUT! there is still hope! God is also merciful. In fact God is so merciful that He sent his own Son in the form of Human flesh to pay the penalty for our sin. We have only to accept the free gift of salvation, that is truly believe the Gospel, that Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, and that He was buried and rose again the third day according to the scriptures. That is the Gospel and it is the Only way by which we can enter heaven to be with Jesus, for eternity. Eternity is a long time to be wrong! Trust Jesus alone for salvation Today! Before it is forever too late.

1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV   Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;  By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;  And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Romans 3:10-12   As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Romans 3:28   Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Romans 4:6-8  Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,   Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Romans 5:8   But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 5:19-21   For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

If you have already trusted Christ as your savior then praise the Lord, I'm glad for ya, feel free to reach out, it's always nice to hear from fellow believers. If you haven't yet, I suggest that you make a daily habit of reading the Bible. it is God's Only inspired letter to us, Why not read it? Start in Romans, in a KJV Bible

Romans 6:1   What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

Romans 6:2   God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

Romans 6:12   Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

1 Corinthians 15:58   Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

It doesn't end there!

1 Corinthians 15:51-54 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
